From the non-profit sector, the Council would be appropriate for senior executives, board leaders, and heads of programs or innovation who can speak for their organization and community as a strategic level:
- Executive Director / CEO / President.
- Chief Operating Officer (COO) or Deputy Executive Director.
- Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or VP Finance, where their organization is deeply involved in community investment or social finance.
- Board Chair or Vice-Chair of organizations that play a major role in local community or economic development.
- Board members who chair innovation, strategy, community impact, or governance committees.
- Chief Innovation Officer, Director of Innovation, or similar titles (e.g., Director of Social Innovation, Chief of Impact).
- Chief Strategy Officer or Director of Strategic Initiatives / Strategic Growth.
- Director of Community Impact, Director of Programs, or VP Programs for organizations focused on economic inclusion, poverty reduction, housing, or workforce development.
- Head of Research & Evaluation, Impact Measurement Lead, or Data & Insights Director where they drive evidence-based community solutions.

- Director of Partnerships, Director of Strategic Partnerships, or Head of Government & Community Relations.
- Senior leaders from place-based foundations, community foundations, or social planning councils.
- Senior leaders from social enterprises or nonprofit developers engaged in local economic development, housing, or workforce initiatives (e.g., Social Enterprise CEO, Managing Director).
