September 23, 2026 - The PHSS has completely transformed its community services through a powerful innovation called the "Digital by Design" platform. For years, their teams faced fragmented, manual, and paper-based workflows. To change that, they entered a partnership with INVORG, a London-based IT consultancy firm and replaced that outdated system with a highly customized, unified digital infrastructure and a brand-new mobile application framework. They immediately saw a 40% reduction in administrative workload. By bringing in the “Glue Up” ecosystem, they simplified the entire technology stack and merged CRM, invoicing, finance tracking, and event management into one single environment. This slashed administrative overhead by almost 40%; shifting thousands of hours away from paperwork and redirected those vital resources right back to face-to-face client care. At the same time, they streamlined care delivery through a mobile app which features a mobile application designed specifically for caregivers, allowing for real-time scheduling, a digitized timesheet, and instant staff messaging. This enables frontline personnel to spend less time managing operational gaps and much more time delivering continuous, uninterrupted medical and complex personal support. The platform drastically reduced operational errors across their more than 80 community locations.
Replacing paper-dependent, legacy processes with automated onboarding and digitized scheduling has saved the non-profit thousands of dollars annually. By driving down the baseline cost of service delivery, PHSS successfully stretched public funding further to sustainably support over 450 high-needs individuals throughout London and southwestern Ontario.

On June 15th, Get Ready launched an innovative app which puts emergency care in the hands of Bystanders when there is a tragic motor vehicle accident, injury during a sporting event, or at a community function.
